About the Ironbridge project

Located down valley of Aspen, Colorado in the highly-desirable Roaring Fork Valley, Ironbridge is a single family master plan community with undeniable views of Mount Sopris and a fantastic golf course. The developer, asked L&P to reposition the housing product and community amenities within the local community. The community, which had been stalled for three years, achieved sales and absorption beyond far and above the developer's expectation.
