STRATEGY
L&P implemented a 36-month comprehensive marketing plan for Cáceres including creation of logo, design of temporary on-site sales center, a seamless pre-sales and sales process, strategic event planning (Realtors, residents and prospects), Realtor and neighborhood outreach program, advertising campaign/media placement, direct mail campaigns, creation of materials, collateral and website, management of social media and creative direction for all photography.
RESULTS
Weekly sales traffic exceeded 50. Projected pre-sales were 10% by time of construction start. Model home sold upon completion for highest ppsf in 77007 history.
