A luxury, outdoor shopping center located at one of the nation’s busiest intersections came to L&P because they needed help re-branding as the “place” to shop and be seen on the ground and online.
STRATEGY
L&P executed a fully integrated online marketing program, including a new, content-rich and interactive website with database building program, dynamic blog and fashion/ lifestyle blogger series and , external communication strategy, environmental signage program, strategic media planning, social media program, print ad campaign series, lifestyle photography and collateral.
RESULTS
Since inception, unique visits have increased from approximately 1,200 unique visits/mo. to over 7,000+ unique visits/mo.
Approximately 2,000 names/emails have been added to the opt-in subscriber database for bimonthly external communication outreach with product specific content from tenants.
L&P has added 24,000+ Likes to the Uptown Park Facebook page and 10,000+ Followers to the Twitter page through weekly interactive posts.
